
Sometimes when I bring a friend to class for the first time and they fumble through the postures – not because they aren’t flexible but because they weren’t given enough tips on form and meditation, I feel really guilty about making them “suffer” through it. As much as I don’t want to override a person’s learning curve, I think there are certain helpful hints that apply to any yogi, regardless of age and build.
